Dr. Stuart Mass

Stuart Mass, MD

Dr. Stuart Mass is a Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist.

Dr. Mass did his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of California, San Francisco and did a fellowship in Neuroradiology. He has passed the examination for Certification for Added Qualifications in Neuroradiology. Dr. Mass did an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Irvine and went to Medical School at The State University of New York in Brooklyn.

Dr. Mass has worked as a Diagnostic Radiologist and Neuroradiologist at Good Samaritan Hospital since 1977. He has been the Chief of the Computerized Tomography Section of the Department since 1977, and this is one of his fields of major interest. He has overseen the acquisition of one of the first helical CT scanners in the country as well as the recent acquisition of a multidetector CT Scanner. Dr. Mass was instrumental in bringing MRI scanning to Good Samaritan Hospital and has served as Chairman of the Department of Radiology.

Dr. Mass is a member of multiple specialty societies including Neuroradiology and ultrasound, and has served on the Clinical Faculty at The University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Mass is currently the President Of Radiological Associates Medical Group of Santa Clara Valley.
